Monday Message: May 26, 2014

So this week has been long and hard i am still trying to readjust to everything! it is slow and our area isnt really progressing like it should be it has just kind of hit a dry patch and we are trying to work really hard to get it to progress but that means that we are in the blazing sun for at least 8 hours everyday and that can be a killer! i think i had the starting stages of heat stroke the other day and yesterday at church i was standing up and i almost passed out. luckily people saw me starting to sway back and forth and told me to sit down! they made fun of me because i got so pail that they call me the white boy again! haha. but dont worry i am doing good now and drinking a lot of water! other than that all is good but i do have a feeling that i will be transfered next transfer because the members have been saying that they dont trust the 3 of us missionaries that have been here for a while so we will see what happens ha!

I guess we will see what happens in 3 weeks! im not sure if i want to be out of this place or if i want to stay. it is growing on me but then again i am tired of all the drama that is going on! they took prez nicholas out and made elder gubler the senior couple the new Prez. so i hope that things get better. we did have a really good sunday yesterday and there was a good spirit in the building which was so nice to have back finally! i just hope that the branch can get back to running like a real branch and ward should!

Monday Message: May 19, 2014

i am so thankful to know that we have the true gospel and that we know about the plan of salvation! it is truly the best and that is the focus of my studies most of the time!

I realize that my true happiness can only come through this gospel and knowing that has really change my attitude on life today! i do love this gospel and this work! i realized today that i never am happy when i am back at the apartment! my happiest moments of my mission have been out in the field! even though the work is draining and when i come home i am completely exhausted and i cant feel my feet! that will be the things and times that i will cherish forever! This is how we find true happiness and i know the lord is blessing me and all of us! The work of God is going forward and no one not even satan can stop it! this is the truth I KNOW IT!!! with all of my heart! This experience has change my life and my whole mission! This Transfer and the rest of my Mission is for my aunt Glenda! I promise not to let a moment go by that im not doing what im suppose to! this isnt for me its for the Lord and i know that he can do everything! I love you so much!

I want you to feel of my love even though i am thousands of miles away! i am praying and fasting for you! i hope that you can feel my love and support! i realized that i was thinking more of myself and not truly losing myself in the work! but that will change this is the only time that is completely for the lord! i love him and know he Lives! i am doing ok and my week did get better last week! i have been working a lot lately and have found happiness! i love the work! my comp is better it was more of my fault and i just was judging to fast! he is a great missionary and a great friend! even if  he still does little things to bug me! i am probably the same way! i realize that i can be annoying to some times and im sure all of you can say that about me to! we all have our faults and that is our true test in this life to become more like christ! we shouldnt point out others slivers that they have in their eyes before we get rid of the motes that are in our eyes! this life is to serve God! Monday Message: May 12, 2014

I love you so much! i just wanted to start off by saying that and i want you to know that i love all the support that you give to me! it is seriously the best to know that i have you who loves and supports me! i love you! so i am so glad that i got to skype yesterday! it is the best thing in the whole world who knew that 1 hour would go by so fast! i thought the email went by fast! just remember i love you!

So i have to say that i am in a little bit of a hard time this week! i thought that things should just fly by and be easy but that caught me off guard this week! i almost forgot all that i had been working on the past 7 months! i feel like i am drained out of all that i have! i just have the desire to sleep all the time and it is a drag to get out the door! i am trying my best to help the branch and the whole area that i am in but it is a huge challenge! im not going to lie it is a struggle for me! i want to work and i am still happy! but there is still the day that i just cant get the depression out of my mind! i know that i will be fine and just being able to talk today has made it twice as good as it has been! i will be ok i think and i pray that things will be good and i know it will! 

Dont worry about me i will be great i just have to get back into everything! just pray for me and things will be great! i love you and hope that you are great! i am happy and i hope you are happy! have a great week and stay safe! i KNOW this is the true church and its just satan trying me but i am good i will survive and i love you! Monday Message: May 5, 2014

(Transfers are this week. Nate will be staying on St. Lucia for at least another six weeks but he does get a new companion, THANKFULLY, his name is Elder "For Sure." Nate said he will email us again tomorrow so we can figure out all the details for being able to Skype with him on Sunday!!)

Well this week has been a crazy week! i never thought that one phone call could be so stressful and so look forward too in my life! we waited all week for 1 phone call that only last for 3 minutes but it changes everything that you have come to get use to! i am so happy that i get to stay in vieux-fort! i have really come to love it here even though it is a really hard area and things here are really struggling to get going. but i am happy to say that i feel things are just about to pick up! i think that me and my new companion Elder Fauchier (For Sure) will really get along and that we will really get the work done! i cant wait for this transfer to start and to go out and learn from someone new! i always am trying to learn how to improve and hopefully one day soon i will be able to teach as well as everyone around me! my goal is to be able to teach in such a way that the spirit can teach and it is not my words that i am using but the words of God! I am working really hard to memorize my scriptures so i can use them because Gods words are so much better than my own! this is going to be a great transfer i can tell already! 

other than that we can say that it has been a long week as well! but things are good i am safe and healthy! so no need to worry about me! how are things there? i hope that you are doing great and that you are happy! i love you so much and tell everyone that i love them!!
